Hrvatska agencija za osiguranje depozita pred Trgovačkim sudom u Zagrebu pokrenula je sudski postupak protiv NLB Interfinanz AG in liquidation radi naknade štete, a po pravomoćnom utvrđenju statusa stečajnog vjerovnika u stečajnom postupku Glumina banke d.d..

The deadline for submitting the Binding Offer expires on Friday, 23 October 2020 at 12:00 (CET). Committee for Croatia banka d.d. received a request from interested investors involved in this transaction to extend the deadline for submitting the Binding Offer until 30 October 2020 at 12:00 (CET). After consideration of the respective request, for all interested investors participating in the transaction, the deadline for submission of a Binding Offer was extended until 30 October 2020 at 12:00 (CET).

Due diligence of the Croatia banka d.d is extended until 9 October 2020. The indicative timetable of the Planned transaction from the Summary of Information related to the Purchase Transaction of 100% Shares of Croatia banka d.d. (“Summary of Information related to the Planned Transaction”) as well as the Activity Timeline from the Summary of Information related to Croatia Bank d.d. (“Teaser Document”), from 6 July 2020, were accordingly modified to reflect the respective extension.

Following the invitation for submission of Expression of Interest for the Purchase of 100% Shares of Croatia banka d.d. published on 6 July 2020 by the State Agency for Deposit Insurance and Bank Resolution, the deadline for submission of Expression of Interest for the Purchase of 100% Shares of Croatia banka d.d. is extended until 4 September 2020 at 24:00 (CET). Remaining content of the invitation for submission of expression of interest for the purchase of 100% shares of Croatia banka d.d. published on 6 July 2020 is unchanged. All interested investors are invited to submit their Expression of Interest by email to the following address: povjerenstvo.croba@dab.hr

Interested investors are hereby invited to express their interest for the purchase of 4,746,000 Series A Shares, each having nominal value of HRK 100.00 (“Shares”), which represents 100% of the Bank’s share capital (“Planned Transaction”). The Summary of Information related to the Planned Transaction and the Summary of Information related to the Bank, available on the respective websites of the Seller (www.dab.hr/en/news) and the Bank (www.croatiabanka.hr/prodaja), constitute an integral part of the Invitation.
